Article 223-6 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Aid for the distribution of previously unreleased works is awarded for the distribution of cinematographic works whose total distribution costs do not exceed €550,000. This amount is increased to €750,000 for a given work in the animation genre and for each work in the animation genre included in an annual distribution programme.
The distribution expenses taken into account are those mentioned in 2° of article 222-9.

Article 223-6

Les aides à la distribution d’œuvres inédites sont attribuées pour la distribution d’œuvres cinématographiques dont le total des dépenses de distribution n’excède pas 550 000 €. Ce montant est porté à 750 000 € pour une œuvre déterminée appartenant au genre animation et pour chaque œuvre, appartenant au genre animation, comprise dans un programme annuel de distribution.
Les dépenses de distribution prises en compte sont celles mentionnées au 2° de l’article 222-9.
