Title deeds and their registrations retain the rights they record as long as they have not been cancelled or amended and are proof to third parties that the person named therein is vested with the rights mentioned therein.

Le titre de propriété et ses inscriptions conservent le droit qu’ils relatent tant qu’ils n’ont pas été annulés ou modifiés et font preuve à l’égard des tiers que la personne qui y est dénommée est investie des droits qui y sont mentionnés.
