Article 264-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Notwithstanding the last paragraph of Article 260, the first two paragraphs of Article 261-1 and the first paragraph of Article 263, the timetable for the operations required to draw up the annual list of jurors is set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Par dérogation au dernier alinéa de l’article 260, aux deux premiers alinéas de l’article 261-1 et au premier alinéa de l’article 263, le calendrier des opérations nécessaires à l’établissement de la liste annuelle des jurés est fixé par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
