Compensatory allowance fixed in the form of an annuity may be revised, suspended or withdrawn in the event of a significant change in the resources or needs of either party.

The revision may not have the effect of increasing the annuity to an amount greater than that initially fixed by the judge.

La prestation compensatoire fixée sous forme de rente peut être révisée, suspendue ou supprimée en cas de changement important dans les ressources ou les besoins de l’une ou l’autre des parties.

La révision ne peut avoir pour effet de porter la rente à un montant supérieur à celui fixé initialement par le juge.
