I.-The reduced rates referred to in II apply to self-deliveries of the following works:
1° Work to extend the premises or to bring the building to a new state within the meaning of 2° of 2 of I of Article 257, relating to:
a) Social rental housing covered by an agreement under which the personalised housing benefit is applied;
> b) Premises in the social sector and in the private sector.
b) Premises in the social and medico-social sector mentioned in IV of article 278 sexies, when this work is taken into account by the agreement provided for in the last paragraph of the same IV;
2° Work carried out as part of an acquisition-improvement project that is financed:
> a) By a subsidised rental loan
a) A prêt locatif aidé d’intégration or a prêt locatif à usage social;
or
b) Or a social rental loan, where the work consists of converting premises used for purposes other than housing into social rental accommodation;
3° Improvement, conversion, development or maintenance work, other than the upkeep of green spaces, cleaning work and the work mentioned in 2° of this I, relating to:
> a) Social rental dwellings in the following categories
a) Social rental housing covered by an agreement governing the application of personalised housing assistance, located in a priority urban policy district covered by an urban renewal agreement and whose construction was not financed by a social rental loan;
Other social rental housing covered by an agreement governing the application of personalised housing assistance, located in a priority urban policy district covered by an urban renewal agreement and whose construction was not financed by a social rental loan;
Other social rental housing covered by an agreement governing the application of personalised housing assistance
b) Other social rental housing covered by an agreement under which the application of personalised housing assistance is conditional;
c) Premises the supply of which is eligible for the reduced rate in accordance with 1° of III and IV of Article 278 sexies;
4° Demolition work on the dwellings mentioned in a of 3° of this I, as part of the reconstitution of the supply of social rental housing provided for in the urban renewal agreement.
This I does not apply to work for which Article 278-0 bis A provides for a reduced rate lower than that mentioned in II.
5° The following works carried out with a view to the conclusion of a joint real estate lease under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title V of Book II of the Construction and Housing Code:
a) Those acquired by a solidarity real estate organisation and relating to a building intended to be the subject of a solidarity real estate lease;
b) Those acquired by the holder of the real estate rights before they have been transferred to the occupant or the dwellings have been let and relating to a building that is the subject of a solidarity real estate lease.

For the work mentioned in 1° of I, the applicable rate is that for the delivery of the premises to which they relate, in accordance with article 278 sexies-0 A. For this purpose, a dwelling whose construction was financed neither by a subsidised integration rental loan, nor by a rental loan for social use, nor by a social rental loan is treated in the same way as a dwelling whose construction was financed by a rental loan for social use.
