Article 336 of the French Customs Code

1. Customs reports drawn up by two customs officers or officers of any other administration shall be deemed authentic until a forgery has been recorded in respect of the material findings they describe.

2 They shall be deemed authentic only until the accuracy and sincerity of the admissions and statements they contain are proven otherwise.

1. Les procès-verbaux de douane rédigés par deux agents des douanes ou de toute autre administration font foi jusqu’à inscription de faux des constatations matérielles qu’ils relatent.

2. Ils ne font foi que jusqu’à preuve contraire de l’exactitude et de la sincérité des aveux et déclarations qu’ils rapportent.
