Article 370 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

After pronouncing the judgment, the presiding judge will, if appropriate, warn the accused of the option granted to him, depending on the case, to lodge an appeal or appeal in cassation and will inform him of the time limit for lodging an appeal or appeal.

Après avoir prononcé l’arrêt, le président avertit, s’il y a lieu, l’accusé de la faculté qui lui est accordée, selon les cas, d’interjeter appel ou de se pourvoir en cassation et lui fait connaître le délai d’appel ou de pourvoi.
