The withdrawal of the appeal need only be accepted if it contains reservations or if the party in respect of whom it is made has previously lodged a cross-appeal or incidental claim.

Le désistement de l’appel n’a besoin d’être accepté que s’il contient des réserves ou si la partie à l’égard de laquelle il est fait a préalablement formé un appel incident ou une demande incidente.
