Article 611-26 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Selective financial assistance helps to cover the following publishing costs:
1° Purchases and pre-purchases of exploitation rights and, where applicable, payment of guaranteed minimums;
2° Expenditure on the manufacture of media;
3° Technical expenditure, including expenditure on making works secure and accessible to people with disabilities;
4° Editorial expenses;
5° Promotion and marketing expenses;
6° Subtitling or dubbing expenses;
7° Overheads, up to 10% of the expenses mentioned in 1° to 6°.

Les aides financières sélectives concourent à la prise en charge des dépenses d’édition suivantes :
1° Achats et préachats de droits d’exploitation et, le cas échéant, versement de minimas garantis ;
2° Dépenses de fabrication des supports ;
3° Dépenses techniques, y compris celles liées à la sécurisation des œuvres et à leur accessibilité aux personnes en situation de handicap ;
4° Dépenses d’éditorialisation ;
5° Dépenses de promotion et de commercialisation ;
6° Dépenses liées au sous-titrage ou au doublage ;
7° Frais généraux dans la limite de 10 % des dépenses mentionnées aux 1° à 6°.
