Selective financial assistance helps to cover the following publishing costs:1° Purchases and pre-purchases of exploitation rights and, where applicable, payment of guaranteed minimums;2° Expenditure on the manufacture of media;3° Technical expenditure, including expenditure on making works secure and accessible to people with disabilities;4° Editorial expenses;5° Promotion and marketing expenses;6° Subtitling or dubbing expenses;7° Overheads, up to 10% of the expenses mentioned in 1° to 6°.
