Article 612-14 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Sums held in the automatic online broadcasting account may be invested for online broadcasting of :
1° Long-length cinematographic works for which investment approval has been granted at the time the application is submitted, subject to the granting of production approval;
2° Long-length cinematographic works for which production approval has been granted or which have obtained approval to benefit from financial aid for the production of long-length cinematographic works prior to the granting of production approval;
3° Short-length cinematographic works for which production aid has been granted;
4° Heritage cinematographic works meeting the eligibility conditions laid down in Article 511-4.

Les sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique diffusion en ligne peuvent être investies pour la diffusion en ligne :
1° D’œuvres cinématographiques de longue durée pour lesquelles un agrément des investissements a été délivré au moment du dépôt de la demande, sous réserve de la délivrance de l’agrément de production ;
2° D’œuvres cinématographiques de longue durée pour lesquelles un agrément de production a été délivré ou qui ont obtenu un agrément pour le bénéfice d’aides financières à la production d’œuvres cinématographiques de longue durée avant l’institution de l’agrément de production ;
3° D’œuvres cinématographiques de courte durée pour lesquelles une aide à la production a été attribuée ;
4° D’œuvres cinématographiques du patrimoine répondant aux conditions d’éligibilité prévues à l’article 511-4.
