Must be registered within one month of their date:
1. Subject to the provisions of articles 637 and 647:
1° Deeds of notaries with the exception of those referred to in article 636;

3° Deeds transferring ownership or usufruct of immovable property;
4° Deeds transferring enjoyment for life or for an unlimited period of immovable property of businesses or clienteles ;
5° Deeds recording the transformation of a company and those recording an increase in its capital, with the exception of capital increases in cash and by capitalisation of profits, reserves or provisions and net increases in the capital of variable-capital companies recorded at the end of a financial year;

7° Deeds recording a division of property on any basis whatsoever;
8° Deeds recording the formation, amendment or termination of a trust agreement, and the transfer of additional property or rights to the trustee under the conditions provided for in Article 2019 of the Civil Code;
9° A transaction providing, in return for the payment of a sum of money or the granting of a benefit in kind, for the withdrawal of an appeal on grounds of ultra vires brought against a building, demolition or development permit.
2. 1° Decisions of the courts of law when they give rise to a proportional or progressive right;

5° Deeds transferring ownership or usufruct of businesses, clienteles or offices, or transferring the right to a lease or the benefit of a promise to lease relating to all or part of an immovable;

7° Deeds involving the transfer of shares, founders’ shares or profit shares or the transfer of corporate shares in companies whose capital is not divided into shares;
7° bis Deeds involving the transfer of holdings in legal entities with a preponderance of real estate assets within the meaning of the third paragraph of 2° of I of Article 726 , including when such transfers are made abroad and regardless of the nationality of the parties;
8° and 9° (Repealed);
10° Deeds involving the taxable transfer and redemption of units in real estate investment funds.
