A person in respect of whom there are plausible grounds for suspecting that he has committed or attempted to commit an offence and who is not placed in customs detention may only be heard on these facts after notification of the information provided for in article 61-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
If, during the hearing of a person, plausible grounds for suspecting that he or she has committed or attempted to commit an offence emerge, this information shall be communicated to him or her without delay.
If the person interviewed is a minor, Title I of Book III and Chapters I and II of Title I of Book IV of the Juvenile Criminal Justice Code shall apply.
