Service is deemed to have been effected personally when the notice of receipt is signed by the addressee.

Service is deemed to have been effected at the addressee’s domicile or residence when the notice of receipt is signed by a person with authority to do so.

La notification est réputée faite à personne lorsque l’avis de réception est signé par son destinataire.

La notification est réputée faite à domicile ou à résidence lorsque l’avis de réception est signé par une personne munie d’un pouvoir à cet effet.
