Article 695-9-43 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

When the information is transmitted, the department or unit referred to in Article 695-9-31 shall inform the receiving department of the conditions under which it will be used.

Whenever it considers it useful, it may ask the recipient department to inform it of the use that has been made of the information transmitted.

Lors de la transmission de l’information, le service ou l’unité mentionnée à l’article 695-9-31 indique au service destinataire les conditions d’utilisation de celle-ci.

Chaque fois qu’il l’estime utile, il peut demander au service destinataire de l’informer de l’utilisation qui a été faite de l’information transmise.
