The public prosecutor, the examining magistrate or the judicial police officer assigned by him or requested by the public prosecutor, or the judicial police officer acting under his responsibility, shall draw up a report on the installation of the technical devices and the operations carried out pursuant to this section. This report shall mention the date and time when the operation began and when it ended.
The recordings shall be placed under sealed seals.

The judicial police officer or the judicial police officer acting under his responsibility or the investigation assistant acting under the judicial police officer’s control describes or transcribes, in a report which is placed in the file, the recorded data that is useful for establishing the truth. No footage relating to private life unrelated to the offences referred to in the orders authorising the measure may be kept in the case file.
Conversations and data in a foreign language are transcribed into French with the assistance of an interpreter required for this purpose.
