Article 713-30 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The Public Prosecutor’s Office at the court that issued the ruling shall continue to enforce the confiscation authorisation order once it has become final in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 707 and shall inform the competent authority of the issuing State by any means that leaves a written record of the enforcement of the decision.

Le ministère public près la juridiction ayant statué poursuit l’exécution de la décision d’autorisation de confiscation lorsque celle-ci est définitive selon les modalités prévues à l’article 707 et informe l’autorité compétente de l’Etat d’émission par tout moyen laissant une trace écrite de la mise à exécution de la décision.
