The provisions of articles 707-2 and 707-3 are also applicable to a convicted offender who has been authorised to pay the fine in several instalments spread over time, according to the deadlines and procedures determined by the relevant departments of the Public Treasury.

When a sentence of imprisonment is to be served on a woman who is more than twelve weeks pregnant, the public prosecutor or the sentence enforcement judge shall make every effort either to defer the sentence or to ensure that it is served in an open environment.

The public prosecutor and the public prosecutor shall have the right to directly request the assistance of the public force for the purpose of ensuring such enforcement.
