The criminal court, at the request of the public prosecutor, has jurisdiction to rule on the enforcement of a confiscation order issued by a court in another Member State.

Le tribunal correctionnel, sur requête du procureur de la République, est compétent pour statuer sur l’exécution d’une décision de confiscation émanant d’une juridiction d’un autre Etat membre.
