Article 764-4 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In application of 12° of article 764-3, the following obligations may also be monitored and supervised in France:

1° A ban on carrying out a professional or voluntary activity involving habitual contact with minors;

2° A ban on driving a vehicle;

3° A ban on owning or carrying a weapon subject to authorisation.

En application du 12° de l’article 764-3, peuvent également être suivies et surveillées en France les obligations suivantes :

1° L’interdiction d’exercer une activité professionnelle ou bénévole impliquant un contact habituel avec des mineurs ;

2° L’interdiction de conduire un véhicule ;

3° L’interdiction de détenir ou porter une arme soumise à autorisation.
