If it deems it useful, the criminal court will hear the convicted person and any person with rights to the property that has been confiscated, if necessary by means of a rogatory commission. These persons may be represented by a lawyer.

S’il l’estime utile, le tribunal correctionnel entend, le cas échéant par commission rogatoire, le condamné ainsi que toute personne ayant des droits sur les biens qui ont fait l’objet de la décision de confiscation. Ces personnes peuvent se faire représenter par un avocat.
