The Public Prosecutor shall inform the competent authority of the sentencing State without delay:

1° Of the decisions or measures referred to in Article 728-57, other than those taken by the authorities of the sentencing State, which have rendered the sentencing decision unenforceable;

2° The escape of the sentenced person;

3° The conditional release of the sentenced person and the date on which this measure ended;

4° The fact that the custodial sentence or detention order has been carried out.

Le ministère public informe sans délai l’autorité compétente de l’Etat de condamnation :


1° Des décisions ou mesures mentionnées à l’article 728-57, autres que celles prises par les autorités de l’Etat de condamnation, ayant retiré à la décision de condamnation son caractère exécutoire ;


2° De l’évasion de la personne condamnée ;


3° De la libération conditionnelle de la personne condamnée et de la date à laquelle cette mesure a pris fin ;


4° De ce que la peine ou la mesure de sûreté privative de liberté a été exécutée.
