Article 762-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

A person sentenced to a residence ban pursuant to article 131-31 du code pénal may be subjected by the sentencing decision to one or more of the following supervision measures:

1° Report periodically to the services or authorities designated by the sentencing decision;

2° Inform the sentence enforcement judge of any travel beyond limits determined by the sentencing decision;

3° Respond to summonses from any authority or qualified person designated by the sentencing decision.

La personne condamnée à la peine d’interdiction de séjour en application de l’article 131-31 du code pénal peut être soumise par la décision de condamnation à une ou plusieurs des mesures de surveillance suivantes :

1° Se présenter périodiquement aux services ou autorités désignés par la décision de condamnation ;

2° Informer le juge de l’application des peines de tout déplacement au-delà de limites déterminées par la décision de condamnation ;

3° Répondre aux convocations de toute autorité ou de toute personne qualifiée désignée par la décision de condamnation.
