If there is no means of determining the State in which the assets or income of the person against whom the order has been issued are located, the public prosecutor shall transmit the confiscation order and the certificate to the competent authority of the State in which the person concerned has his habitual residence or registered office.

S’il n’existe aucun moyen permettant de déterminer l’Etat dans lequel se trouvent les biens ou les revenus de la personne à l’encontre de laquelle la décision a été rendue, le ministère public transmet la décision de confiscation et le certificat à l’autorité compétente de l’Etat dans lequel la personne concernée a sa résidence habituelle ou son siège.
