The Minister of Justice shall send a request for transit accompanied by a copy of the certificate to the competent authority of each Member State crossed on the occasion of the transfer. At the request of that authority, he shall provide a translation of the certificate in the official language or in one of the official languages of the State concerned or in one of the official languages of the institutions of the European Union accepted by that State.
Le ministre de la justice transmet une demande de transit accompagnée d’une copie du certificat à l’autorité compétente de chaque Etat membre traversé à l’occasion du transfèrement. A la demande de cette autorité, il fournit une traduction du certificat dans la langue officielle ou dans une des langues officielles de l’Etat concerné ou dans l’une des langues officielles des institutions de l’Union européenne acceptées par cet Etat.
