Article 763-11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

During the period of placement under mobile electronic surveillance, the sentence enforcement judge may ex officio, at the request of the public prosecutor or at the request of the convicted offender presented, where applicable, through his lawyer, modify, add to or remove the obligations resulting from the said placement.

Pendant la durée du placement sous surveillance électronique mobile, le juge de l’application des peines peut d’office, sur réquisitions du procureur de la République ou à la demande du condamné présentée, le cas échéant, par l’intermédiaire de son avocat, modifier, compléter ou supprimer les obligations résultant dudit placement.
