He will inform the person that he intends to apply to the liberty and custody judge for his imprisonment, house arrest with electronic surveillance or placement under judicial supervision and that he may be assisted by a lawyer of his choice or, failing this, by a lawyer appointed by the President of the Bar Association, who will be informed without delay and by any means. He shall also inform the detainee that he may confer immediately with the appointed lawyer.
