The automated national criminal record receives, as far as legal entities are concerned and after checking their identity by means of the national register of companies and establishments:
1° Unopposed convictions for felonies, misdemeanours or fifth-class offences handed down by any criminal court;
2° Unopposed convictions for misdemeanours of the first four classes, whenever a measure of prohibition, disqualification, incapacity, or a measure restricting rights is taken, as a principal or supplementary measure;
3° Convictions with a dispensation from sentencing or a postponement, with or without an injunction, of sentencing;
4° Convictions handed down by foreign courts which, pursuant to an international convention or agreement, have been notified to the French authorities ;
5° Fixed fines for misdemeanours and for fifth-class offences that have been the subject of payment or on expiry of the time limits mentioned in the second paragraph of Article 495-19 and the second paragraph of article 530;
6° Criminal compositions whose execution has been noted by the public prosecutor.
The detailed rules for the application of this article shall be determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
