The request for consent referred to in 7° of Article 728-62 shall be sent by the public prosecutor to the competent authority of the sentencing State. It must include the information provided for in Article 695-13 and be translated in the manner provided for in l’article 695-14.
La demande de consentement mentionnée au 7° de l’article 728-62 est adressée par le ministère public à l’autorité compétente de l’Etat de condamnation. Elle doit comporter les renseignements prévus à l’article 695-13 et être traduite selon les modalités prévues à l’article 695-14.
