The Minister of Justice will make a decision as soon as possible and no later than one week after receipt of the request for transit. Where a translation of the certificate is requested, this period shall run only from the date of transmission of that translation.
Le ministre de la justice se prononce dans les plus brefs délais et au plus tard une semaine après réception de la demande de transit. Lorsqu’une traduction du certificat est demandée, ce délai ne court qu’à compter de la transmission de cette traduction.
