Article 712-11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The decisions of the sentence enforcement judge and the sentence enforcement court may be appealed by the sentenced person, by the public prosecutor and by the public prosecutor, as from their notification:

1° Within a period of twenty-four hours in the case of the orders mentioned in articles 712-5,712-8,713-43 and, 713-44 and 720;

2° Within ten days in the case of the judgments referred to in Articles 712-6 and 712-7.

Les décisions du juge de l’application des peines et du tribunal de l’application des peines peuvent être attaquées par la voie de l’appel par le condamné, par le procureur de la République et par le procureur général, à compter de leur notification :

1° Dans le délai de vingt-quatre heures s’agissant des ordonnances mentionnées aux articles 712-5,712-8,713-43 et, 713-44 et 720 ;

2° Dans le délai de dix jours s’agissant des jugements mentionnés aux articles 712-6 et 712-7.
