Article 713-34 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The Public Prosecutor’s Office shall terminate the enforcement of the confiscation order as soon as it is informed of any decision or measure that has the effect of depriving the order of its enforceability or of removing the enforcement of the order from the French judicial authorities.

Le ministère public met fin à l’exécution de la décision de confiscation dès qu’il est informé de toute décision ou mesure qui a pour effet de retirer à la décision son caractère exécutoire ou de soustraire l’exécution de la décision aux autorités judiciaires françaises.
