Article 725-1 of the French Code of civil procedure

As an exception to articles 704 to 708, claims or disputes relating to the fees, emoluments and disbursements, whether or not included in the costs of the clerks of the commercial courts, shall be brought directly before the president of the judicial court within whose jurisdiction the clerk of the commercial court performs his duties, without the need for a certificate of verification to be drawn up beforehand.

Par dérogation aux articles 704 à 708, les demandes ou contestations relatives aux frais, émoluments et débours, compris ou non dans les dépens des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce, sont portées directement devant le président du tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel le greffier du tribunal de commerce exerce ses fonctions, sans qu’il y ait lieu d’établir préalablement un certificat de vérification.
