Chapter VI: Disputes relating to the fees, emoluments and disbursements of the clerks of the commercial courts.

As an exception to articles 704 to 708, claims or disputes relating to the fees, emoluments and disbursements, whether or not included in the costs of the clerks of the commercial courts, shall be brought directly before the president of the judicial court within whose jurisdiction the clerk of the commercial court performs his duties, without the need for a certificate of verification to be drawn up beforehand.
