The clerk of the bench shall keep a register in which shall be entered, for each hearing:
the date of the hearing;
the names of the judges and the court clerk;
the names of the parties and the nature of the case;
the indication of the parties who appear themselves in matters where representation is not compulsory;
the names of the persons who represent or assist the parties at the hearing.
The court clerk also mentions whether or not the hearing is public, any incidents at the hearing and the decisions taken on these incidents.
The judgments handed down are entered in the register which is signed, after each hearing, by the president and the court clerk.
