Where the sentence is the subject of an amnesty, pardon or revision having the effect of depriving it, immediately or otherwise, of its enforceability, the public prosecutor shall inform the competent authority of the executing State without delay.

Lorsque la condamnation fait l’objet d’une amnistie, d’une grâce ou d’une révision ayant pour effet de lui retirer, immédiatement ou non, son caractère exécutoire, le ministère public en informe sans délai l’autorité compétente de l’Etat d’exécution.
