Article 774-4 of the French Code of civil procedure

At the end of the hearing, the parties may ask the judge in charge of the amicable settlement hearing, assisted by the Registrar, to record their agreement, in whole or in part, under the conditions of Article 130 and the first paragraph of Article 131.

The judge shall inform the judge hearing the dispute that the amicable settlement hearing has been terminated and shall send him, where appropriate, the minutes of the agreement.

A l’issue de l’audience, les parties peuvent demander au juge chargé de l’audience de règlement amiable, assisté du greffier, de constater leur accord, total ou partiel, dans les conditions de l’article 130 et du premier alinéa de l’article 131.

Le juge informe le juge saisi du litige qu’il est mis fin à l’audience de règlement amiable et lui transmet, le cas échéant, le procès-verbal d’accord.
