Article 792 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The public prosecutor shall be issued with:

1° A copy of the sentencing judgments;

2° An extract from the register of places of detention where the sentence was served stating the convicted person’s conduct;

3° Bulletin No. 1 of the criminal record.

He shall forward the documents with his opinion to the public prosecutor.

Article 792

Le procureur de la République se fait délivrer :

1° Une expédition des jugements de condamnation ;

2° Un extrait du registre des lieux de détention où la peine a été subie constatant quelle a été la conduite du condamné ;

3° Un bulletin n° 1 du casier judiciaire.

Il transmet les pièces avec son avis au procureur général.
