Article 849-18 of the French Code of civil procedure

The claimant in the action who has received a mandate for the purposes of compensation is deemed to be a creditor, within the meaning of Articles L. 111-1 and L. 111-2 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, for the compulsory enforcement of the judgment rendered on the basis of Article 71 or Article 73 of the aforementioned Law of 18 November 2016.

Le demandeur à l’action ayant reçu mandat aux fins d’indemnisation est réputé créancier, au sens des articles L. 111-1 et L. 111-2 du code des procédures civiles d’exécution, pour l’exécution forcée du jugement rendu sur le fondement de l’article 71 ou de l’article 73 de la loi du 18 novembre 2016 susmentionnée.
