The first paragraph of Article 763-7 reads as follows:
“When a person sentenced to socio-judicial supervision including a treatment order is to undergo a custodial sentence, he or she will serve this sentence in a prison that can provide appropriate medical and psychological supervision. “
Le premier alinéa de l’article 763-7 est ainsi rédigé :
” Lorsqu’une personne condamnée à un suivi socio-judiciaire comprenant une injonction de soins doit subir une peine privative de liberté, elle exécute cette peine dans un établissement pénitentiaire permettant de lui assurer un suivi médical et psychologique adapté. “
