Article 900-6 of the French Civil Code

Third-party proceedings against the judgment granting the application for revision are admissible only in the event of fraud attributable to the donee or legatee.

The revocation or reversal of the contested judgment does not give rise to any right of action against the third-party purchaser in good faith.

La tierce opposition à l’encontre du jugement faisant droit à la demande en révision n’est recevable qu’en cas de fraude imputable au donataire ou légataire.

La rétractation ou la réformation du jugement attaqué n’ouvre droit à aucune action contre le tiers acquéreur de bonne foi.
