Article 916-20 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For small and medium-sized cinemas, the part of the aid awarded in the form of a grant corresponds to 7/12ths of the total amount of aid awarded and the part of the aid awarded in the form of an advance corresponds to 5/12ths of the total amount of aid awarded.
For other establishments, the part of the aid awarded in the form of a grant corresponds to 25/90ths of the total amount of aid awarded and the part of the aid awarded in the form of an advance corresponds to 65/90ths of the total amount of aid awarded.

Pour les établissements de spectacles cinématographiques relevant de la petite et moyenne exploitation, la part de l’aide attribuée sous forme de subvention correspond aux 7/12e du montant total de l’aide attribuée et la part de l’aide attribuée sous forme d’avance correspond aux 5/12e du montant total de l’aide attribuée.
Pour les autres établissements, la part de l’aide attribuée sous forme de subvention correspond aux 25/90e du montant total de l’aide attribuée et la part de l’aide attribuée sous forme d’avance correspond aux 65/90e du montant total de l’aide attribuée.
