Where all the invoices submitted with the application have been paid by the recipient company, the direct grant will be paid in a single instalment when the aid is granted.
Where only some of the invoices submitted with the application have been paid by the recipient company, the direct grant will be paid in two instalments.
The first instalment, equal to 60% of the amount of the aid, will be paid when the aid is granted.
The second instalment will be paid once all the invoices that have been paid have been submitted by 30 June 2021 at the latest. Failing this, the direct grant already received will be repaid.

Lorsque toutes les factures présentées lors du dépôt de la demande ont été acquittées par l’entreprise bénéficiaire, l’allocation directe fait l’objet d’un seul versement au moment de l’attribution de l’aide.
Lorsqu’une partie seulement des factures présentées lors du dépôt de la demande a été acquittée par l’entreprise bénéficiaire, l’allocation directe fait l’objet de deux versements.
Le premier versement, d’un montant égal à 60 % du montant de l’aide, est effectué au moment de l’attribution de l’aide.
Le second versement est effectué après remise, au plus tard le 30 juin 2021, de l’ensemble des factures qui ont été acquittées. A défaut, l’allocation directe déjà perçue fait l’objet d’un reversement.
