Article 919-101 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

In order to take into account the interruptions or delays suffered, due to the health crisis, by the operators of cinematographic entertainment establishments, in the implementation of work or training for which they have benefited from aid to small and medium-sized cinemas, the deadline for completion of the project and presentation of the corresponding invoices, stipulated in the agreement mentioned in article 232-33 or, where applicable, in the extension decision mentioned in article 121-9, is extended by one year when it was due to expire between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023.

Afin de prendre en compte les interruptions ou les retards subis, en raison de la crise sanitaire, par les exploitants d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques, dans la mise en œuvre de travaux ou de formations au titre desquels ils ont bénéficié des aides à la petite et moyenne exploitation, le délai de réalisation du projet et de présentation des factures correspondantes, prévu dans la convention mentionnée à l’article 232-33 ou, le cas échéant, dans la décision de prolongation mentionnée à l’article 121-9, est prolongé d’un an lorsque son expiration devait intervenir entre le 1er avril 2022 et le 31 mars 2023.
