Article 919-17 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The sums entered in the automatic account of each delegated production company are calculated by applying a rate to the amount of the manufacturing cost of each eligible cinematographic work.
The rate is determined by calculating the ratio between the amount of the appropriations allocated to the aid provided for in this sub-section and the total amount of the manufacturing costs of the eligible cinematographic works produced by all the delegated production companies concerned.

Les sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique de chaque entreprise de production déléguée sont calculées par application d’un taux au montant du coût de fabrication de chaque œuvre cinématographique éligible.
Le taux est déterminé en effectuant le rapport entre le montant des crédits affectés aux aides prévues par la présente sous-section et le montant total des coûts de fabrication des œuvres cinématographiques éligibles produites par l’ensemble des entreprises de production déléguées concernées.
