Article 919-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For applications for aid for project design submitted between 1 October 2021 and 31 December 2022, the ceiling stipulated in article 212-8 is raised to €15,000.
The amount of aid granted between 1 January 2021 and 30 September 2021 is subject to an increase, the amount of which is set, within the limit of the ceiling mentioned in the previous paragraph, according to the credits allocated to the aid concerned and the number of projects eligible for the increase.

Pour les demandes d’aides à la conception de projets présentées entre le 1er octobre 2021 et le 31 décembre 2022, le plafond prévu à l’article 212-8 est porté à 15 000 €.
Le montant des aides attribuées entre le 1er janvier 2021 et le 30 septembre 2021 fait l’objet d’une majoration dont le montant est fixé, dans la limite du plafond mentionné à l’alinéa précédent, en fonction des crédits affectés aux aides concernées et du nombre de projets éligibles à la majoration.
