Exceptional aid is allocated in the form of a direct grant to help compensate for the drop in activity suffered by programming groups and agreements within the meaning of article L. 212-19 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée (French Cinema and Moving Image Code) as a result of measures restricting or prohibiting the admission of the public to the cinematographic establishments for which they are responsible for programming.

Une aide exceptionnelle est attribuée sous forme d’allocation directe en vue de contribuer à compenser la baisse d’activité subie par les groupements et ententes de programmation au sens de l’article L. 212-19 du code du cinéma et de l’image animée en raison des mesures de restriction et d’interdiction d’accueil du public dans les établissements de spectacles cinématographiques dont ils sont chargés d’assurer la programmation.
