Article 919-66 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Exceptional aid is allocated in the form of a direct grant to help compensate for the drop in activity suffered by programming groups and agreements within the meaning of article L. 212-19 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée (French Cinema and Moving Image Code) as a result of measures restricting or prohibiting the admission of the public to the cinematographic establishments for which they are responsible for programming.
