For the application of this sub-section :
1° The turnover share of a cinema is defined as the ratio between the turnover relating to the sale of food and beverages achieved by this cinema over a given period defined in 3° and the sum of the turnover relating to the sale of food and beverages achieved over this same period by all the cinemas for which aid is requested;
2° Turnover from the sale of food and beverages is understood to mean the proceeds from the sale of food and beverages in cinemas, excluding the sale of food and beverages in areas where the public is welcomed for the activities mentioned in I of article 40 of the aforementioned decree no. 2021-699 of 1 June 2021;
3° Turnover is determined by taking into account the period between 3 January 2019 and 15 February 2019.
For cinemas opened after 3 January 2019 that sell food and beverages, the turnover deemed to have been achieved over the period between 3 January 2019 and 15 February 2019 is equal to the product of the reconstituted attendance over this same period and the average turnover per admission for the sale of food and beverages recorded for cinemas with comparable attendance levels.
To take account of the drop in attendance due to the health crisis, the reconstituted attendance is equal to 182.1% of the attendance recorded between 3 January 2022 and 15 February 2022.
