The matter is referred to the court by delivering a copy of the summons to the court registry.

This delivery must be made before the date set for the hearing, failing which the statement will lapse.

Lapse is established ex officio by order of the president of the chamber to which the case is distributed.

La cour est saisie par la remise d’une copie de l’assignation au greffe.

Cette remise doit être faite avant la date fixée pour l’audience, faute de quoi la déclaration sera caduque.

La caducité est constatée d’office par ordonnance du président de la chambre à laquelle l’affaire est distribuée.
